LIVO uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in, protecting the sign-in and payment flows, remembering your language preference, and holding your search filters and saved properties while you browse.

These cannot be switched off inside LIVO. If you block them, signing in, saving properties, saving searches, and submitting an application will not work.

LIVO uses basic measurement data — pages and listings viewed, searches run, errors encountered — to understand what renters look for and to improve search and listing quality. This data is used in aggregate and is not sold.

This measurement is first-party only: LIVO does not load third-party advertising or social-network tracking technologies (for example Google Ads, Meta Pixel or similar), does not build advertising profiles, and does not sell or share browsing data with advertisers. Because LIVO currently sets no non-essential third-party tracking, no cookie-consent banner is presented. If LIVO ever adds such technologies, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be shown before they load. Local counsel review required: any Salvadoran-specific cookie or electronic-communications consent requirement should be confirmed by Salvadoran counsel.

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time, and you can sign out to remove the session cookie.

Your language preference is stored with your account when you are signed in, so changing it in one browser applies to your emails and to your next sign-in. The Privacy Policy explains how account data is handled.
