Listing information, including rent, deposit and availability, is supplied by property owners. LIVO does not independently verify every renter or owner. Where an owner displays the LIVO Verified badge, LIVO has reviewed certain identity, contact and property-relationship information as described in our Marketplace Disclaimer. LIVO does not run background or credit checks, does not inspect properties unless expressly stated, and does not guarantee that a property will rent. All amounts are monthly, in US dollars.
